Choose The Right Conductive Slip Ring
1. Determine the installation method according to the equipment provided by the customer, whether it is flange installation or through-hole installation. Flange installation is plane installation. It is usually used on the plane installation hole of the customer equipment. The outer flange can be fixed and the inner shaft can be rotated, or the flange hole is connected to the customer equipment and driven by the equipment to rotate, and the inner shaft is fixed; The hole-type conductive slip ring is usually used on the customer's equipment with a rotating shaft. We will design the through-hole conductive slip ring to connect with the rotation shaft and drive the rotation inside by the rotation shaft, and the external fixing is fixed by a rotation stopper;

When judging the installation method of the customer, we will determine the size of the conductive slip ring according to other parameters provided by the customer, such as: the number of channels, the size of the current, the level of the voltage, and whether the signal is a special signal. The more the number of channels, the greater the current, the higher the voltage, the larger the volume. The manufacturing process of the conductive slip ring needs to be more precise; due to the limitation of the volume, the number of conductive slip rings has a certain upper limit. The larger the number of channels that can be transmitted. And this is a certain difference from the transmission signal or current; some special signals: the sound signal, the optical signal or the electrical signal and other messages have low strength. These signals are small and weak, which is not easy to be received, felt or received by the device. At this time, we can not use ordinary design, we need to tailor the characteristics of the weak signal, so as to ensure the stability of the signal transmission and the timeliness of reception;
3. Rotation speed, we all know that any device will generate a centrifugal force during the rotation process. When the centrifugal force exceeds a certain range, it will cause great damage to the product during the rotation process. The conductive slip ring is also a conductive slip. If the powder generated from wear inside the ring is not cleaned in time, the fluctuation value of the conductive slip ring will become larger, the insulation performance will be affected, and the normal use of the equipment will be affected more seriously. Therefore, it is necessary to help customers understand and determine the required high speed requirements. We will design special high-speed products to ensure that the conductive slip ring products can be used normally at high speeds;
4. As the use of conductive slip rings is becoming more and more widely used, the use environment is also more diversified. At the beginning of the design, the important factor of the use environment should be considered. When asking the customer about the use environment, the storage temperature must also be fixed. Considering it, if you need to protect the conductive slip ring, we will reflect it in the product design to ensure that the use of the conductive slip ring will not be affected by external influences.
